  10. OMBUDSMAN STATEMENT

  12. The ASP Board has set up an office of Ombudsman and appointed an ASP
  13. member as Ombudsman. The Ombudsman's sole role is to mediate disputes
  14. between ASP members and their customers. The Ombudsman reports to the
  15. Board situations where s/he feels Board action or knowledge is
  16. appropriate.

  18. All ASP Members and Associate Members are required to cooperate with the
  19. Ombudsman when so requested.

  22. Professionals (ASP).  ASP wants to make sure that the shareware principle
  23. works for you.  If you are unable to resolve a shareware-related problem
  24. with an ASP member by contacting the member directly, ASP may be able to
  25. help.  The ASP Ombudsman can help you resolve a dispute or problem with
  26. an ASP member, but does not provide technical support for members'
